Do You Have a Mold Problem?

Experiencing headaches, itchy eyes or throat, coughing, or other allergy symptoms? Air Care Wizard is a Certified Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator. Finding and killing mold in your home or commercial property is our specialty! From start to finish, we can solve the mold and moisture problem without contaminating the rest of your property.

We conduct and in-depth inspection of your property using a variety of industry-specific tools and techniques to identify problem moisture sources and microbial growth. Our knowledgeable technicians start with a thorough visual inspection of the property.

We will inspect every part of the building to gain a better understanding of what may be causing the problem. The most important step of the visual inspection is finding the moisture source that is contributing to microbial growth. Using state of the art tools such as moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, and borescopes, we can locate problem moisture sources that may be hidden from sight. Once we have completed our thorough visual inspection of the property, we will move to the second phase of our inspection process.

This process involves air sample testing to determine if there are mold spores present in the ambient air. We take air samples inside of the dwelling; and as a control measurement we take one outside. This control sample lets us know what we should expect to find in the indoor samples. If any deviation from the control sample is noted, we can use that information to help guide our remediation efforts.

After the initial inspection is complete, our inspector will prepare an inspection report that will include: observations, recommendations, pictures, sampling results (moisture, microbial levels, relative humidity), scope of work, and a proposal for remediation. We will present the report to you and answer any questions you may have regarding the inspection or remediation process.

How Does Mold Get into Your Building?

There are several ways that mold can contaminate your business or home. If you have a Mold problem, you have or have had a moisture problem. Mold is ubiquitous, it is everywhere. As you probably know, mold grows best in moist environments. Where there are leaks, flooding, or an excessive amount of humidity, you can see these spores start to spread on your walls, ceilings and floors.

Even if you do not see the evidence of the growth in your home, it may be inside the walls, under the dishwasher, behind the refrigerator, in the attic or in the crawlspace. Mold can grow in places that you cannot see, which is why you need Air Care Wizard to perform a mold inspection and mold test.
